Our Story

Cadence Privacy Consulting was founded on the idea that data privacy doesn’t have to be intimidating or an obstacle to your organization's success. Like information security, privacy best practices can be both a value-add and a key differentiator for your organization and the customers you serve. The most important step is gaining a deep understanding of your unique risk posture and business strategy to design best practices that align to your operations – not redefine them. We’ve seen countless times in which the use of generic privacy compliance checklists led to processes that limit organizations and create barriers for their customers. We want to help you avoid these pitfalls!

At Cadence, we are passionate about helping your organization to foster engagement and trust with your customers. We believe the key to comprehensive coverage in data privacy strategy is factoring in risk from the beginning. Addressing your compliance needs just happens to be an achievement along the way.

We are a small but mighty business dedicated to serving clients of all sizes and interests. We've worked with nonprofits, small businesses, global corporations, and a wide array of industries: technology, financial services, government, manufacturing, health care, and more. We think you'll find our approachable staff and adaptable methods easy to work with. And--dare we say it?--we might even make you enjoy data privacy discussions.

We also have expertise in information security and artificial intelligence (AI) platforms. So often, these areas go hand-in-hand with data privacy and we are happy to include a variety of services under these topics, as well.
