Privacy Notice
Last Revised Date: 05/05/2024 (Version 1.0)
We could simply tell you we value your privacy, but you've likely heard that before. We believe the ultimate way to demonstrate our commitment to privacy is by showing you, so allow us to do exactly that below.
Personal Information We Collect
Active Collection (directly from you): We have intentionally designed the Contact Us form on our website to only require one field: your comments. You may choose to share your name and e-mail address with us, as those fields are optional. If you do, we will store the information only as necessary for us respond to your inquiry or as part of our service offerings (say, if you become one of our clients). That means if you're reaching out to work with us, we will store your name and any contact information you share in our customer management database (we use Microsoft 365 products) for as long as we seek to retain a relationship with you or until you request it be removed, whichever comes first. If you become a client of ours, more information concerning how we protect your organization's data will be made available as part of our service contract.
If you're reaching out to us for any other reason, such as to ask us a question or provide feedback, we will store and use any contact information you've provided to us only if we need to continue communication with you. If we don't need it, we don't keep it. We like keeping data privacy simple around here.
Passive Collection (as you use our site): When you visit our website, we automatically (through Hostinger) collect three details about your visit: the date, the country you're located in when visiting the site, and type of device (mobile, tablet, or desktop). That's it. We have intentionally not integrated any other analytics platforms with our Site because, frankly, we don't need that information.
Data Transfer
Our offices and electronic data storage are located in the United States. As such, any information that you provide to us or provided passively through the use of our Site may be transferred and stored in the United States, as well. For any questions regarding our data practices or protection of your information, you may send an email to hello@cadenceprivacy.com.
Third Parties & Data Sharing
We leverage services of third-party providers in the management and security of our infrastructure, which includes the operations of our Site. Our primary support vendors include Microsoft (infrastructure) and Hostinger (web hosting) at this time, but can evolve over time, so we encourage you to review this policy periodically to ensure understanding. We only share information with these select third parties in order to respond to and support inquiries or requests that we receive from you. We do not sell your information to any third parties for any reason. To learn more about any third parties whose services we leverage today, you may send an email to hello@cadenceprivacy.com.
